Heidi and I spent four wonderful days in the beautiful city of Saint George, Utah. everybody knows St. George and the Zion National Park. but this city offers way more: it is surrounded by state parks, not as big as Zion NP but equally beautiful and definitely worth a visit. that's what Heidi and I did on our bikes … Heidi on her Aventon Pace 500 pedal assist electric bike and I on my old but still reliable aluminum Genesis workhorse. for all of us, the bikes and the riders, this was a real test … especially the Pace 500 had to prove, what its 500 watt "heart" is able to deliver and it performed very well. test # 1: The Snow Canyon Loop, almost 30 miles including an 8- and a 4- mile climb.
